II. Nature of Service
High Quality Jewelry provides services of selling jewelry made by goldsmiths, custom jewelry creation, by goldsmiths, selling certified gemstones.

III. Limitation of Liability.
The Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services or content of the website.
High quality Jewelry reserves the right not to be responsible for any damage or breakage of the jewelry sold, from the moment it is shipped by courier and leave the supervision of High quality jewelry.
In order to set a standard, by which to determine whether the ruined jewelry in question, was in this condition from before receipt by the customer, we inform the presence of the procedure of photos and videos that will be sent to the customer at the time of packaging, in order to witness as clearly as possible the ultimate status of the product. 
 Any difference found from the initial model visible in photos received from the same customer, will not be the responsibility of High Quality Jewelry, BUT of the buyer or the courier itself.
 Finally, we reserve the right not to be in charge of resolving such doubt, as far as it remains a matter between customer and courier.
 
 IV. User accounts and content restrictions
 Users are prohibited from posting or transmitting through the High quality Jewelry website/online store, any illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or violate any local, state, national, or international law.
 
 
 V. Order, pricing, payment methods and cancellation
 Buyers must be at least eighteen years of age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Our services are not available in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law.
 After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing the products ordered and the total cost. High Quality Jewelry reserves the right to cancel an order at any time prior to shipment in case of unforeseen circumstances.We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
 
 All prices are subject to change without notice.
 
 Custom products (jewelry on demand) purchased from High Quality Jewelry, will be shipped within three business days after the product is made, for which the customer will be notified by email. Products already on the website, purchased from High Quality Jewelry, on the other hand, will be shipped within three business days, from the time of their purchase. We deliver worldwide, with different timelines for each country.
 Timelines will be specified at the time of purchase.
 
 Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
 Regarding the request for a custom jewelry piece, the customer may cancel the order within 24 hours of making the deposit transfer, provided the processing by the goldsmith has not yet started.
 To cancel an order, the customer must write a specific email, to the following address: HQJ.gioielli@hotmail.com
 
 VI. Warranty Information
 All products offered by High Quality Jewelry are covered by a 14-day custom HQJ warranty for each product, which covers only defects in workmanship and not defects caused to the product by a third party as a result of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, High Quality Jewelry reserves a period of up to 7 days from receipt of the product at the site, to have the goldsmith who created the jewelry evaluate whether the problem reflects current regulations so that it can be covered by the warranty.
 This warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized alterations, damage caused by third parties (persons or objects), theft, or damage due to natural causes.
 Furthermore, High Quality Jewelry reserves the final decision-making right for each individual product as to whether the product can actually be replaced through HQJ warranty.
 
 VII. Right of withdrawal
 Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
 Only and exclusively for custom jewelry on request, withdrawal without a reason will be equivalent to 50% of the value of the product, as High Quality Jewelry aims to provide the fair monetary compensation to the goldsmith who made the jewelry, despite the request for return; This is because the cost of matierals and time spent by the goldsmith is borne by the customer and is non-refundable.
 On the other hand, in the case of a withdrawal due to product that is ruined and/or differs from the photos provided before shipment, the withdrawal will be equivalent to 100% of the value of the product.High Quality Jewelry reserves a period of up to 7 days from the receipt of the product at the site, to have the goldsmith creator of the jewelry evaluate whether the problem reflects current standards so that 100% refund can be claimed.
 Furthermore, High Quality Jewelry reserves the final decision-making right for each individual product as to whether the product can actually be replaced via HQJ warranty.
 
 
 The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days, from the day the customer acquires physical possession of the good.
 
 VIII. Safety information and instructions for use
 Our products must be used in accordance with the instructions and guidelines provided. Always make sure the product is assembled properly before use and keep it out of the reach of children.
 
 
 By using the High Quality Jewelry website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the website after changes are posted implies your agreement to be legally bound by these updated and/or modified terms.

Return policy

Refunds, whatever the reason in question, are available up to 14 days after the jewel is received at home.
 However, full refunds will not be allowed (except in the case of a ruined jewel), but rather at 50% of the value of the jewel, this is because we aim to protect the labor of our craftsmen in all cases, providing them with the gisute compensation even with returned jewel.
 We would like to point out that every single piece of jewelry sold, whether it is custom-made or chosen from those already created, will be manually checked several times before being shipped, this is to ensure the greatest possible safety.
 In this regard, photos will be taken of the product during production and shipping, with the aim of working with the greatest transparency attainable.
 Therefore, return situation for damaged jewel will not be accepted, at the time when it shows differences from the photo presented by HQJ during shipment.
 Any subsequent damage will be the responsibility of the customer or the courier.
