Each customer will own 14 days to make a return or a refund, whatever the reason.
The refund will be equivalent to 100% of the price of the jewel, only in the case of a damaged product; for this purpose, we will send a photo of the product shortly before it is sent, in order to work in total transparency.
Any damage on the jewel, not reproduced on the photo sent at the time of dispatch, will be the responsibility of the courier or the customer.
In the case of returns or refunds for other reasons, not related to the state of the jewel, we will charge 50% of the value of the jewel, in order to protect our craftsmen, providing them with the right compensation even after the product has been returned.
